My WWW Wednesday

This is the first time I have participated in this, I have seen it on other peoples blogs and it looks like a lot of fun, so I have decided to join in!

Feel free to add your WWW Wednesday in the comments, I’d like to see what everyone is reading 🙂 I would also 100% recommend each book I have commented about below!

What are you currently reading?

  • Hollow City – Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children. Ransom Riggs.

I am really enjoying this so far and I’m currently on Part Two. I like how it has carried straight on from the first novel so we do not miss anything and the actions pretty much started straight away!

  • The Casual Vacancy. J.K.Rowling

I read this when this first came out – automatic buy because you know, J.K. is a queen!

It has been so long since I’ve read it and I cannot remember anything from it so I feel like I get to read it for the first time, which rarely happens when reading a book. I’m about a third of the way through and getting sucked into the story like I knew I would, still trying to figure out how it ends.

What did you recently finish reading?

  • The Tattooist of Auschwitz. Heather Morris.

I loved this book. I love learning about the history of the world and it upsets me that so many people do not believe this happened.

It is an sincere insight to what happened in Auschwitz, Birkenau. I do like that there is a love story included and luckily for Lale it was a happy ending unlike so many others.

It was gripping and heartbreaking in places but one to read if you like the history that surrounds Auschwitz and the Second World War.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I have no plans of what I want to read next, although every book in my TBR pile is SCREAMING at me; however with Autumn coming along and Halloween, I really fancy something scary.

I’m off to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal next month, so I think something to get me in the mood for that will be great….I’m thinking a Stephen King book!

Any recommendations for a scary story?
